Roots Academy (7th-9th grade)

This program is perfect for club players and multi-sport athletes looking for extra volleyball training! Practices are fast-paced, covering all skills, and include game play designed to improve court awareness and increase volleyball IQ. This is an intermediate or higher level program; athletes must have prior volleyball experience.

Practice Days:
Fridays, November 5th -- December 17th
**No practice on November 26th (Day after Thanksgiving)

Practice Time:
5:30-7:00pm

Cost: $175
