Roots Volleyball All Skills Summer Camp:

This 4-hour camp is open to incoming 5th-9th graders. This camp is focused on fun and fundamentals and is designed to prepare athletes to excel on their school and club teams. This program is great for first time players or players looking to brush up on their skills this summer in preparation for club tryouts in July and school tryouts in August. Each 4-day week will focus on core skills in volleyball, passing, overhand serving, setting and hitting in a fast-paced and fun environment. All sessions are led by knowledgeable and experienced Roots Volleyball coaches. All Skills Camp is ideal beginners to players with 1-2 seasons of school, recreational or "lite" club volleyball experience. Athletes should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and athletic closed toed shoes. Kneepads are not required but are highly recommended. Athletes should bring a reusable water bottle and a light snack.

Daily Schedule

8:00am-8:45am - Check in/Open Play

8:45-am-9:00am - Warm Up

9:00am-10:30am - Volleyball Instruction

10:30am-10:45am- Break/Snack - athletes are encouraged to bring a light snack

10:45am-12:00pm - Volleyball Instruction

12:00pm-12:30pm - Games and Pick Up

Registration is available week-by-week. Athletes are encouraged to sign up for multiple sessions throughout the summer.

Week 1: May 29th-June 1st 8:30am - 12:30pm (NOTEL We will have camp on Memorial Day, 5/29!)

Week 2: June 12th-15th 8:30am - 12:30pm

Week 3: June 19th-22nd 8:30am - 12:30pm

Week 4: June 26th-June 29th 8:30am - 12:30pm
Week 5: July 3rd-July 6th 8:30am - 12:30pm
Week 6: July 17th-July 20th 8:30am - 12:00pm

Week 7: July 24th- July 27th 8:30am - 12:00pm

Week 8: July 31st- August 3rd 8:30am - 12:00pm

Week 9: August 7th- August 10th 8:30am - 12:00pm

Cost:

$285 per week*

*Early bird pricing of $265 available until April 1st
